  • How to retrieve lost license information?

    The license can be restored by logging in to Avangate account, or it can be sent by email upon request at support@avangate.com.

    If you have purchased via Plimus, please visit this web page and specify your order reference number (you can obtain it, if you lost it), then select "Did not receive license/unlock keys" and click "Next".

  • I have a technical question concerning the use of an Auslogics product. What should I do?

  • How do I receive the invoice?
    The invoice can be downloaded by logging in to Avangate account, or it can be sent by email upon request at support@avangate.com.
  • Can I use the program on several computers in my household?
    Auslogics programs require that one license is used per customer. You can use the license on several computers if they belong to you. However, you cannot give the license to someone else. If the program is to be used by several people, you can purchase two or more licenses at a discounted price.
  • Where can I download the trial versions of Auslogics products?
    Please visit our products list page where you can chose Auslogics products you want to try. You can then click on the "download" link provided for each product to download a trial version.
  • How do I upgrade from the trial version to the full version?

    If you have already purchased a license, you need to open your trial version and click on the "Help" > "About..." button in the main program menu. Then click on the "Register Now!" button in the appeared window and enter the registration key supplied in your confirmation email.

    To register Auslogics Antivirus, please open it and go to "General" > "Status" module and then click "Enter new key". Enter your registration key and click "Next". Then create an Auslogics account. If you already have an account, enter your login details.

  • I have already purchased a license, however the product reports that it has few trial days left. What happened?

    This usually happens when a product hasn't been activated with a registration key. In order to do it, you need to open the program and click on the "Help" > "About..." button in the main program menu. Then click on the "Register Now!" button in the appeared window and enter the registration key which you can find in the confirmation email that you received after purchasing the program.

    To activate Auslogics Antivirus, please open it and go to "General" > "Status" module and then click "Enter new key". Enter your registration key and click "Next". Then create an Auslogics account. If you already have an account, enter your login details.

  • When I try to activate the product, the following message appears: "User Name and the License Code do not match". What should I do?
    Please make sure that you filled the registration form correctly. We recommend that you copy and paste the registration key instead of typing it manually. This can be done by following these easy steps:
    1. Select the registration key in the confirmation email you received after purchasing the program and press Ctrl+C. By doing this you will copy the key to the clipboard.
    2. Click in the "License Code" field of the program's registration form and press Ctrl+V. This will paste the key to the field.
    3. Use the same steps to fill in the "User Name" field.
    4. After all the above is done click on the "Register Now!" button.
