  • How do I register Auslogics BoostSpeed 7?

    If you have already installed BoostSpeed, please follow these steps:

    1. Copy your license code from the order confirmation e-mail. To do this, highlight the code in the email then right-click on it and choose Copy.
    2. Launch your BoostSpeed and click on Help -> Register Now in the menu at the upper right-hand corner of the program. Or simply click on Register Now at the lower right-hand corner of the program.
    3. In the window that appears, right-click inside the registration field and choose Paste to enter your license code.
    4. Press the Register button and restart the program.

    If you haven't installed BoostSpeed yet, please install it first and then follow the instructions above to register the program. You can download BoostSpeed using this link.

    If you have just renewed your license:
    You do not need to re-register the software or enter new license details. The program updates your subscription status once a week - you will notice the new subscription status in a few days. Please note that the program needs access to the Internet to update the subscription status, so make sure your connection is active and the program is not blocked by your firewall. If the status has not been updated in 7 days, please contact our technical support.

    Possible problems:

    1. If you are getting a message that you are using the code for one of the previous versions of BoostSpeed, this could mean that you haven’t copied the entire code and some symbols are missing either at the end or at the beginning of the code.
    2. If you are getting a message that the code is incorrect, there might be a space either before, after, or in the middle of the code.

  • Can I pay with Visa / AmEx / Check / etc.?

    We offer the following payment options:

    If you pay by Credit Card / PayPal / Credit Card via Fax, your order will be processed immediately and you can start using the program right away.

  • Can I use the program on several computers in my household?

    Auslogics programs require that one license is used per customer. You can use the license on several computers if they belong to you; however you cannot give the license to someone else. If the program is to be used by several people, you can purchase two or more licenses at a discounted price.

  • How do I receive the invoice?

    An invoice can be downloaded by logging in to your Avangate account, or you can ask support@avangate.com to e-mail you the invoice.

  • I want to make a purchase, but there is no button and no confirmation link. What to do?

    Your browser has to have JavaScript enabled.

  • My program is registered, but I got a message that the license key is illegal. Why did that happen and what to do?

    Most likely, your license key was blocked automatically because the limit of activations had been exceeded. Please contact our technical support team. Don’t forget to include the e-mail address you used to order the program and, if possible, the order number.

  • I purchased BoostSpeed 4 some time ago and I want to register it. When I try to register, I get a message that the user name and the license key don’t match. What to do?

    Auslogics BoostSpeed 4 is not supported as of May 2012. If you have entered your user name and license key correctly and still get an error, please consider upgrading to the latest BoostSpeed version. Upgrades for current BoostSpeed users are offered at a special discounted price (more information here).
