You can use the Task Manager to check if the glitch is a hardware or software problem. The reason is that the Task Manager operates independently of display systems, so it should not flicker when you open it.  Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc<\/code> together to open the Windows Task Manager and carefully observe the screen if it’s blinking. If it’s not, you can proceed with the solutions in the next section to correct the problem.<\/p>\n
