        6. Choose Finish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Use this procedure to back up your registry:<\/h4>\n

          1. Press the Windows logo + R combination to summon Run.<\/li>\n
          2. Type in \u201cregedit\u201d (no quotes) and hit Enter.<\/li>\n
          3. Click Yes in the UAC (User Account Control) confirmation window to open the Registry Editor.<\/li>\n
          4. Select \u201cComputer\u201d at the top of the left menu pane. Then right-click on it and choose Export.<\/li>\n
          5. Name the file and pick where to store it.<\/li>\n
          6. Click on the \u201cSave as type\u201d drop-down box and select \u201cregistration files (*.reg)\u201d.<\/li>\n
          7. Go to \u201cExport range\u201d and choose All.<\/li>\n
          8. Click on the Save button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                3. Double-click on UserSettingMeteredNetworkEnabled and type \u201c1\u201d (no quotes) into the Value data box.<\/li>\n
                4. Then click on the OK button to save your modifications.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Now OneDrive will always pause syncing when your PC is on a metered network.<\/p>\n

                  How to Resume OneDrive Sync When Your Device Is on a Metered Network<\/h2>\n
