- Is Steam still running? If so, then go to your taskbar and right-click the Steam icon. Select Exit<\/em> from the options.<\/li>\n
- Right-click an unnecessary process, then select End task<\/em> from the menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
- Make sure that you are on the Processes<\/em> tab. Now, look at the CPU<\/em> and Memory<\/em> columns and check which processes are consuming the most resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
- On your keyboard, press
- Let Device Manager download and install the update for your graphics card driver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
- On the new window, select the Search automatically for drivers<\/em>\u00a0link.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
- Once Device Manager is up, expand the contents of the Display adapters<\/em> category.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
