    Disk Defrag Screen Saver
  • Can I select the disks that Disk Defrag Screen Saver will defragment in Screen Saver mode?
To select the disks you want to defrag, right-click somewhere on your desktop and select 'Properties' (or 'Personalize'), then select the 'Screen Saver' tab. Click the 'Settings' button in this tab to choose the drives you want to defrag in Screen Saver mode.
  • What is MFT?
Probably the most important of the key system (metadata) files that define an NTFS volume, the Master File Table or MFT is the place where information about every file and directory on an NTFS volume is stored. The MFT is in essence a relational database table, containing various attributes about different files. It acts as the 'starting point' and central management feature of an NTFS volume--sort of a 'table of contents' for the volume, if you will. It is somewhat analog to the file allocation table in a FAT partition, but is much more than just a list of used and available clusters.
  • How can I change the time that Disk Defrag Screen Saver will wait before starting up?
Right-click somewhere on your desktop and select 'Properties' (or 'Personalize'), then select the 'Screen Saver' tab and adjust the 'Wait' time.
  • How can I disable Disk Defrag Screen Saver?
Just right-click somewhere on your desktop and select 'Properties' (or 'Personalize'), then select the 'Screen Saver' tab and choose 'None' or any other screen saver you want from the drop-down menu.
  • Can Disk Defrag Screen Saver run on Vista and Windows 7? Can it run on a 64-bit computer?
