Top Questions- How do I register Auslogics BoostSpeed 5?
If you have already installed the trial version of BoostSpeed, please follow these steps:
- Copy your license code from the order confirmation e-mail. To do this, just highlight the code in the email then right-click on it and choose Copy.
- Launch your BoostSpeed trial and click on Help -> Register Now in the menu in the top left corner of the program.
Note: if your BoostSpeed trial period has already expired, please launch the program and click on the I already have a license code link.
- In the window that appears, right-click inside the registration field and choose Paste to enter your license code.
- Press the Register button and restart the application.

If you haven't installed the BoostSpeed trial yet, please install it first and then follow the instructions above to register the program. You can download the BoostSpeed installation file using the following link: http://www.auslogics.com/en/downloads/boost-speed/5/boost-speed-setup.exe
If you have just renewed your license:
You do not need to re-register the program or enter new license details. The program checks the subscription status once a week, so you’ll notice the new subscription status in a few days. Please note that the program should be able to access the Internet to update the subscription status, so make sure that you have an active connection and the program is not blocked by your firewall. If the program has not updated the status within 7 days, please contact our technical support.
Possible problems:
- If you are getting a message that you are using the code for one of the previous versions of BoostSpeed, this could mean that you haven’t copied the entire code and some symbols are missing either at the end or at the beginning of the code.
- If you are getting a message that the code is incorrect, there might be a space either before, after, or in the middle of the code.
- How to retrieve lost license information?
The license can be restored by logging in to Avangate account, or it can be sent by email upon request at support@avangate.com.

- How do I receive the invoice?
- Can I use the program on several computers in my household?
All Auslogics programs licenses (except Auslogics Antivirus) can be used on up to 3 computers within one household. It means, for example, that you can use one license of Auslogics BoostSpeed on up to 3 computers if they belong to you. However, you cannot give the license to someone else. If the program is to be used by several people, you can purchase two or more licenses at a discounted price.
Note that each Auslogics Antivirus license is only valid for one PC. To register Auslogics Antivirus on a second PC (even if it belongs to you), you will need to purchase another license.
- Where can I download the trial versions of Auslogics products?
Please visit our
products list page where you can chose Auslogics products you want to try. You can then click on the
download link provided for each product to download a trial version.
- How do I upgrade from the trial version to the full version?
If you have already purchased a license, you need to open your trial version and click on the Help -> Register Now button in the main program menu. Then enter the registration key supplied in your order confirmation email and press the Register button.
To register Auslogics Antivirus, please open it and go to General -> Status module and then click Enter new key. Enter your registration key and click Next. Then create an Auslogics account. If you already have an account, enter your login details.

- I have already purchased a license, however the product reports that it has few trial days left. What happened?
This usually happens when a product hasn't been activated with a registration key. In order to do it, you need to open the program and click on the Help -> Register Now button in the main program menu. Then enter the registration key supplied in your order confirmation email and press the Register button.
To activate Auslogics Antivirus, please open it and go to General -> Status module and then click Enter new key. Enter your registration key and click Next. Then create an Auslogics account. If you already have an account, enter your login details.
- When I try to activate the product, the following message appears: "User Name and the License Code do not match". What should I do?
Please make sure that you filled the registration form correctly. We recommend that you copy and paste the registration key instead of typing it manually. This can be done by following these easy steps:
- Select the registration key in the order confirmation email you received after purchasing the program and press Ctrl+C. By doing this you will copy the key to the clipboard.
- Click in the License Code field of the program's registration form and press Ctrl+V. This will paste the key to the field.
- Use the same steps to fill in the User Name field.
- After all the above is done click on the Register Now! button.

- I’ve downloaded BoostSpeed 5 Special Edition and got a free license key. Then I’ve updated the program and it prompted me to register again, but my license key stopped working. What to do?
Most likely, you’ve installed the full paid version of BoostSpeed, which can’t be registered with a license key for BoostSpeed SE. You can uninstall BoostSpeed Pro and re-install BoostSpeed SE, but if you like BoostSpeed SE, we recommend buying a BoostSpeed Pro license – the full version is even better than the Special Edition one.
- My program is registered, but I got a message that the license key is illegal. Then the program went back to the trial mode. Why did that happen and what to do?
Most likely, your license key was blocked automatically because the limit of activations had been exceeded. Please contact our
technical support team. Don’t forget to include the e-mail address you used to order the program and, if possible, the order number.
- When trying to register the program, I’m getting a message that most likely the license key was purchased for one of the previous versions of BoostSpeed. What to do?
You can’t register BoostSpeed 5 with a license key purchased for one of the previous versions (BoostSpeed 3 or 4).
If you’ve already paid for a BoostSpeed 3 or 4 license, you can upgrade to v.5 at a discounted price (more information here).
- I purchased BoostSpeed 4 some time ago and I want to register it. When I try to register, I get a message that the user name and the license key don’t match. What to do?
Please make sure you are entering your user name and your license key correctly. If you are certain that everything is correct but the program still won’t register, you can get a license replacement
here. Please note that you will need to be able to access the e-mail address you used to purchase BoostSpeed 4. If you don’t have access to that e-mail address, please contact our
technical support.
