Question:

I cannot register the program with the license key you sent. What should I do?

Answer:

Follow these steps to register the program:

1. Download the latest version of the program from our web site.
2. If you had an older version installed, please uninstall it and then install the latest version. If your older version was registered, you don't need to do anything else. Your latest version will automatically become registered as well.
3. After the installation, run the program and click the Register button. If you don't see the Register button, click Help in the program menu, and then About. This will bring up the registration dialog box.
4. Enter the User Name and License Key exactly as per the registration e-mail sent to you. To make the registration easier, copy your user name and license key directly from the email and paste in the registration box. To do this, select the user name and, holding "Ctrl", press "C". Then go to the registration box, click inside the "User Name" box and, holding "Ctrl", press "V". This should insert the user name that you previously copied. Repeat that for the license key.
5. To complete registration, press Register. The program will be registered and fully-functional.
