How are tweaks rated in Tweak Manager?

Answer:

Each page in Tweak Manager has a tweak rating. Numbers from 1 to 3 specify how much effect the tweaks on this page have on your computer. If only 1 is highlighted, then the tweak has little effect on the performance. If 1, 2 and 3 are highlighted, the tweaks on this page are most powerful. Green tick means that the tweak can be used by a novice user and a red sign means that only experienced users should modify tweaks on this page.
