How do I install the new version?

Answer:

Although not strictly necessary, it is recommended that you uninstall the old version of the program before installing the new version. Follow these steps to uninstall the previous version:

1. Click the 'Start’ button (that can be found on bottom left corner of your monitor), click ‘Control Panel’, and then double-click "Add or Remove Programs" or “Uninstall a program (in Vista)”.
2. When you see a window showing the list of currently installed programs, select by clicking on the program that you want to remove, and then click Remove or Uninstall.
3. If you are prompted to confirm the removal of the program, click ‘Yes’.

Note: if you're trying to uninstall BoostSpeed when it is already running, you need to first close it by locating the BoostSpeed icon (blue globe) in the bottom tray area, which is where Windows displays its clock (by default, it is usually located at the bottom right corner). Right-click on this icon with your mouse and choose to exit. Then proceed with the three steps above.
