Hi Pyotr,
yes, it looks like your computer is infected. I suggest you do the following:

1. Download and install PC Tools TreatFire (it's free) and scan your computer for rootkits.
2. Use BoostSpeed’s Task Manager to see which tasks are running, and look them up in the Internet to find out what they actually are.
3. Scan your computer with either Avira AntiVir, Avast! or AVG free edition (all are free). Keep in mind that no way you should have more than one anti-virus software installed. Also you can scan your computer with Panda online scanner. It won't fix anything, but at least will give you some information.
4. Leave BoostSpeed tray icon on. It will show the current traffic and which program is generating the traffic whenever you hover your mouse pointer over it. If your computer is used to send spam emails, it will be shown in the tray icon (granted you don't have any rootkits, but ThreatFire should take care of them.
5. Additionally I can recommend SpyBot or AdAware - they are popular free spyware and adware removing tools.

Hope this helps!

I do have a superb outgoing traffic. Even more - my internet provider says, that I'm sending a lot of spam (I do not do such things). So, maybe it's a hacker's activity? Though, I'm on KIS2009 (Kaspersky Internet Security 2009), but the lisence will end-up pretty soon. If there's anything you can help me with - I'll be very appreciated! Thank you.

P.S. I'm on DOCSIS 2.0... it's an internet connection type.
P.P.S. Please contact me, if there's any solution(s) for that.
